How To Apply Decals!
1. Apply a favorite color of nail polish. Allow to thoroughly dry before
applying decals.
2. Cut out the decal from the strip and trim to size
3. Leave the decal to soak in a bowl of water for 20-30 seconds.
4. Slide the backing away from the decal and place on the nail.
5. Use a tissue to dab off any excess water and allow to dry.
6. Paint a clear layer of topcoat over the nail to seal in the decal.
