We provide one year warranty on all the electrical machines* sold from Tamanala.com. Count from the date that we receive your payment, if there is any problem with the electrical machines sold from us within one year, just send it back to us and we will repair for you. If the machine can't be repaired, we will send a new one for you.

To facilitate the return procedure, please email us before returning item and then send back item with the following:

Please note the any postage costs incurred for returning items will be at tbe buyers' expenses.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee full money back refund if you are dissatisfied with the product. You may return products sold by Tamanala.com in original conditions no more than 30 days of receipt of your order (based on our delivery record), and upon pre-approval of Tamanala.com.

Please notify us before you return the items and we will provide shipping details. Notification MUST be made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition. We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been used (except machines with warranty).

If you change your mind about the order, you would have to ship the product back to us at your own cost, the product has to be in a un-used condition. Once we receive it back we will give you a Full refund of your money (including item price & shipping fee).

Eye Shadow Protection Scheme

Tamanala.com cares about customers' satisfaction and would make sure every customer receive their items without problems. We double check all eyeshadows and make sure they are in perfect conditions before sending out. We also protect the eyeshadows with layers of protective bubbles. However, we cannot avoid damage during delivery procedures.
If customers find that over 5% of eyeshadow palettes broken when they received them**, customers can provide pictures for the broken eyeshadow, and pay US$5.00 for administration fee, then we will send a new eyeshadow as replacement. Customers no need to send back the item to save the postage costs.

**Notification must be made within 30 days of receipt (base on our delivery record). Please email the photos with the following:

Refund

Please note that before providing a refund, the returned product we will first verify its condition. All non-returnable items will neither refund nor exchange (Please refere to below). We'll notify you via email of yoru refund once we've received and processed the returned product. Refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Non-returnable items

We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

Any product that is returned more than 30 days after receipt (except machines with warranty).
Any product that have been opened or used.
Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
